ESE Back to School Extravaganza

The Institute of Wholistic Empowerment, Inc., in conjunction with Opa-Locka City Commissioners Joseph L. Kelley, Luis B. Santiago and Terence K. Pinder would like to invite you to our first annual, ESE Back to School Extravaganza. Date: Saturday, August 8th, 2015 Time: 12:00pm - 4:00pm Where: Segal Park, 2331 NW 143rd Street Grades: K-8th grade It will be a day of music, face painting, food, bounce houses and games. Each student with a disability will receive a book-bag with "tools" for their success (while supplies last) for the 2015-2016 school year. Register now by downloading the registration form here. Complete the information below, and return it to your child’s ESE teacher, to the City of Opa-Locka, or bring it with you to the park. Registration is required and your child needs to be at the park accompanied by a parent/caregiver to receive their book bag.
